1024 683 The War Horse Memorial

Remembrance Sunday service.

We are honoured to have been invited to speak and lay a purple poppy wreath at the annual Remembrance Sunday service at the Animals War Memorial on Sunday, November 11, 2018.

The invitation comes from the Anglican Society for the Welfare of Animals, an Anglican (Church of England) organisation founded over 30 years ago which is particularly concerned with the abuse of animals and their conservation and well being through education and lawful action. The Remembrance Sunday service takes place at 3pm at the Animals in War Memorial in Park Lane, London, for a service dedicated to the recognition of animals in war and conflict.

The service is well attended by ASWA supporters along with those of Catholic Concern for Animals (CCA) and Quaker Concern for Animals (QCA).
